The app is used by our staff and authorised technicians to manage the customer lifecycle — enquiries, site surveys and measurements, quotes, orders, workshop preparation, scheduling and installation. • Customer and order details — names, contact details, addresses, site/measurement notes and order information, entered by our staff solely to deliver our products and services and to manage the customer relationship.
• Photos, images and media — the app uses the device camera and photo/media library so staff can capture and attach photographs of windows, sites and completed installations to the relevant job.
• Microphone — used only when recording video with the camera for a job; no standalone audio recording takes place.
• Location — approximate/precise device location may be used to display job sites on a map and assist with navigation to appointments.
